Déroulement :
Nous commencerons par une brève introduction à l’utilisation sécuritaire du papier métallique, du fil et d’outils simples. Les participants exploreront des techniques de gaufrage et de coloration, puis expérimenteront leurs propres créations — formes, symboles ou mots — à l’aide de matériaux d’essai avant de réaliser leur pièce finale.

Tout le matériel est fourni, incluant des formes en aluminium pré-découpées inspirées du site.

À 14 h, nous nous déplacerons vers la station de la Voie Verte pour installer les créations 2D et 3D sur la sculpture DIAL. Le positionnement final des fils sera ajusté sur place selon l’emplacement choisi et la structure.

Create small reflective art pieces that bring light, color, and movement to the Voie Verte DIAL sculpture—adding a playful sparkle and an evolving visual experience throughout the seasons.

Process:
We’ll begin with a brief introduction to safely working with foil, wire, and simple tools. Participants will explore embossing and colouring techniques, then experiment with their own designs—shapes, symbols, or words—using practice materials before creating their final piece.

All materials are provided, including pre-cut, site-inspired foil shapes.

At  2:00 PM, we’ll move to the Voie Verte station to install both 2D and 3D creations onto the DIAL sculpture. Final wire placement will be adapted on-site to suit each chosen location and structure.
